By default, the TimeTracker application tracks time against Project, Task, and Worktype objects.
If you are using the Project Management module in your org, you need to update the default configurations. The time-tracking objects should be:
- Project
- Task Assignment
- Worktype (optional)
Updating these settings ensures that users see the correct objects for tracking time.
How to Update the Configuration:
- Navigate to the TT Apps tab in Salesforce.
- Click on the app name and open the Configuration screen.
- Click on the Pop-up list and go to the second-level object.
- Select TT Task Assignment from the list.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
- Users should log out and log back in to see the updated configuration.
