Only projects that have Start and End dates specified and the "Managed Project" checkbox enabled will appear in the Gantt chart for task assignments.


Creating a New Project


To create a new project:

  1. Navigate to the Project tab and click New.
  2. Enter the Project Name, specify the Start and End dates, and enable the "Managed Project" checkbox.
  3. Click Save.


Enabling an Existing Project for Task Assignment


If a project is already created but does not appear in the Project Management module, it is likely because the "Managed Project" checkbox is not enabled.


To update the project:

  1. Go to the Project Edit page.
  2. Enter the Start and End dates (if not already set).
  3. Enable the "Managed Project" checkbox.
  4. Click Save.

Once updated, the project will be ready for task assignments in the Gantt tab.
