By default, the profitability reports are set to show the profits made for the current month. You can edit the report and change the filters to show the profits made in

Last Month
Last Year
Last Week
This Year
This Week, etc.,

To change the filters in the reports, go to Profitability report and click the edit button, go to filters and change the Start Timestamp to Week, Month, Year, etc., and click the save button.

When you run the report now, you see the profit details of the period that you selected in the report filters.
