There are certain mandatory fields that should be filled while creating the Projects. Only those Projects show up in the Gantt for Task Assignments.
The mandatory fields in the Project are
- Managed Project check box: Make sure the "Managed Project" check box and enable for a Project,
- Start and End Dates: The Project has Start and End dates.
Note: The above-said fields should be filled while creating the Projects. If the projects are created already, you can edit the Project and add the details.
Now you see the Projects for Task Assignment in the Gantt tab.
