By default, the TimeTracker users will have access only to the time tracking apps on the Mobile application.

The TimeTracker user can use multiple apps like PTO, Expenses, etc., in the TimeTracker Mobile application. And the Salesforce administrator at your org should add the licenses in Salesforce as per the user requirement.

To give access to certain apps in the TimeTracker application,

  • Create a TimeTracker user by following the instructions here,
  • Then go to the PK4 Licenses tab in Salesforce and add the license to PTO by following the instructions here
  • Once the PK4 License is created, the user will have access to the PTO object in the TimeTracker Mobile application.
