There might be two reasons why the configuration screen does not load 

In Salesforce Sandbox org:


  • If you have installed the TimeTracker application in the Sandbox org, sometimes the start URL is not added correctly which is a known issue in Salesforce Sandbox org.
  • Please check the start URL and add the correct URL by following the instructions here
  • Once the Start URL is set correctly, you can access the TimeTracker configuration screen for making config changes


In Salesforce Production org:


  • If you have installed the PK4 TimeTracker application in your Production org and are not able to access the Configuration screen or see an error message as "A component error has occurred"
  • You should add the domain name for your Salesforce org by following the instructions here
  • Once you add the domain and it is deployed to all Salesforce users in your org, you can access the PK4 TimeTracker configuration screen
