When you install the TimeTracker application in your Salesforce Sandbox org, the start URL may not be set correctly. This is a known issue in Salesforce Sandbox environments.
Due to this incorrect start URL, you may encounter a persistent loading image when accessing the TimeTracker configuration screen.
