Only the Salesforce administrator at your org can enable or disable the Signup button in the volunteer search screen.
To hide the Signup button,
- Log in to Salesforce as administrator
- Go to the V4S Mobile Apps tab
- Click on the name of the App Key that the V4S Kiosk users use to login to the V4S Kiosk application
- Go to the V4S Kiosk tab
- Enable the check box for "Hide signup button after search"
- Save it
If you enable the "Hide signup button after search" then all the volunteer search screens will not show the Signup button. Only the volunteers that have signed up from the web pages or from the Volunteer recurrence see the Check-In button on the volunteer search screen.
If you disable the check-box for the "Hide Signup button after search", then the volunteer sees the Signup button when they search for their name in the V4S Kiosk application to signup for a Job/Shift.
