Please create a TimeTracker user by following the instructions here. 


Once the TimeTracker user is created, add the user to the Manage Licenses list. Only after this step will the Salesforce user have access to the TimeTracker objects in Salesforce.


To add the user ID to the Manage License list


  1. Click on Setup in Salesforce.

  2. Search for Installed Packages.

  3. Locate PK4 TimeTracker for Salesforce and click the Manage Licenses link next to it.

  4. Click the Add Users button.

  5. Add the users who need access to the PK4 TimeTracker objects.

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.
