By default, you see some fields on the My Time and Approvals screen in Salesforce under the Time Review tab.


You can add or remove the fields from the My Time screen using the Show/Hide columns button.


To add the fields,


  • Click the Show/Hide column button, you see a list of fields on the screen,
  • Search for the field that you want to add to the My Time screen and click it,
  • The field is immediately added to the My Time screen.


To remove a field from the My Time screen,


  • Click the Show/Hide column button, you see a list of fields on the screen,
  • Search for the field that you want to remove from the My Time screen and click it,
  • The field is immediately removed from the My Time screen.


Note: You should follow the same steps to add or remove the fields in the Approvals screen.
