To uninstall PK4 TimeTracker:
- Log in to Salesforce as Administrator or from the same Salesforce ID in which the app was installed initially
- Click on Setup and search for "Installed Packages" from the quick find
- Click the Uninstall button that is in the Installed packages list for the "PK4 TimeTracker" app
- You see the PK4 TimeTracker package details now,
- Scroll down until the end of the screen and enable the radio button "Do Not save a copy of this package's data after install"
- You see the text as All the data in this package will be permanently deleted on uninstall, Are you sure you want to proceed?
- Click the OK button,
- Then click the check box for "Yes, I want to uninstall this package and permanently delete all associated components that are again at the bottom of the screen
- And then click the "Uninstall" button at the bottom of the screen.
- You see the message as "Unable to uninstall Package", that is because a default process builder that calculates the billable hours of the TimeTracker user is enabled. Please deactivate it to uninstall the PK4 TimeTracker application
- On this screen, click the"Calculate Billable Hours" string, and you see the screen below,
- Click the Deactivate button, and click the Confirm button
- Go back to the Installed packages screen again and follow the same instructions and delete the second process builder
- Then click the Uninstall string for the PK4 TimeTracker application from the Installed packages screen
- And you see the screen as below, click the "Del" string/button and uninstall the PK4 TimeTracker application.
Note: Once you uninstall the PK4 TimeTracker application in your org, you will not see any data related to the TimeTracker application in your org
e.g.: The Time user ID's, the Clocked-In/Out and the Checked-In/Out Time details of the users, any reports related to the TimeTracker application, etc.,
