You should be logged in as administrator in the Salesforce org to create the users that have only Clock-in/Out option.

Go to the TT Users tab and click the new button
Enter the user details in the user screen as Name, First Name, Last Name, Employee ID, Email ID, etc., (the fields marked with Red Asterisk are mandatory fields)
Select the Reporting Manager, and Save the user screen,

Now, the user is created and has only the only Clock-In/Out options when they log in to the PK4 TimeTracker application.
