Please upgrade the PK4 TimeTracker application to the latest version 1.109 or above in your Salesforce org. And add the Expense Manager to the TimeTracker users in the TT User screen.
By adding the Expense Manager to the user, the user will get an automated email when you Approve or Reject their Expenses.
Adding the Expense Manager to the TimeTracker user:
- Add the Expense Manager while creating the TimeTracker users,
- If the TimeTracker user is already created, then add the Expense Manager from the edit screen of the user and save it
- Now, whenever you change the Expenses Status to Approve, Reject or Reimbursed, an alert email on the expense status is sent to the TimeTracker user.
