The weekly summary report shows the total hours worked by you and of the users that report to you.
You see the weekly summary report in the Time Review tab
- By default, the report shows the total hours of your Check-In for the current week
- You can change the filters in the Weekly Summary using the Filter button to see the total hours worked by you and the users that report to you.
- By clicking the previous button you see the total checked-in hours by you (you see the user hours if you have changed the filters to show the user hours) in the previous week
- If you click the previous button again, you see the checked-in hours of the before last week and this continues every time you click the previous button
- To change the filters, click the filter icon at the top right-hand side of the report screen and enable the Check Box "All Users" and click the Apply button.
Total hours worked by you and the users that report to you shows as in the screenshot below.
By default, the report is grouped by Users. You can set the report to show the total Checked-In hours by Projects or the object that is set up in your org for tracking time.
- To change the group by in the filter, click the filter button on the right-hand side of the report screen, and select the Project option in the Group by field, and click the Apply button.
- To see the total Check-In hours on Projects by you and the users that report to you
- Click the "All Users" Check-box and click the Apply button.
- Now you see the total hours worked on a Project by you and the users that report to you.
If the report is grouped by Projects and set to show Checked-In hours of All users, you see the report as below.
