Introduced the weekly summary report in Salesforce, to view the weekly summary report, please upgrade the PK4 Time Tracker app to the latest version 1.105 or above in Salesforce org from Salesforce App Exchange.


The weekly summary report in Salesforce


  • By default, the report shows the total hours Check-In by you for the current week
  • The filters can be set to show the total hours Checked-In by you and the users that report to you


To view the Weekly Summary report, go to the Time Review tab, and go to the "Weekly Summary" sub-tab.


  • You see the total Check-In hours by you for the current week. By clicking the previous button the report shows the total Check-In hours by you in the previous week.
  • If you click the previous button again, the reports show the checked-in hours before the last week and it goes on.




You can change the filters in the report and set it to show the total hours Checked-In by you and the users that report to you


  • To change the filters, click the filter icon at the top right-hand side of the report screen and enable the Check Box "All Users" and click the Apply button.
  • The report now shows the total Checked-In hours by you and the users that report to you.

By default, the report is grouped by Users. You can set the report to show the total Check-In hours by Projects or the object that is set up in your org for tracking time.


  • To change the group by filter, click the filter button on the right-hand side of the report screen, and select the Project in the Group by field, and click the Apply button.
  • To see the total Check-In hours on Projects by you and the users report to you. Click the "All Users" Check-box and click the Apply button.
  • Now you see the total hours worked on a Project by you and the users that report to you. 



If the report is grouped by Projects and set to show Checked-In hours of All users, you see the report as below.
