If you want to see the contact fields on the V4S Kiosk Jobs/Shifts details screen, the contact fields must be added in two places in the V4S Mobile configurations.
- Add the field in the General section
- Add the same additional field in the Volunteer section in the V4S Mobile configurations screen
In the General section, go to the Contact/Volunteers Details and add the additional field and on the Volunteers tab select the same field that you added in the General section and save the configurations.
Now the field that you added in General and the Volunteer section, will show up on the Shift details screen.
