By default, the volunteer email ID and Phone numbers are obfuscated in the V4S Kiosk application on the Job/Shift details screen, the Signed up volunteers list on the Volunteers today screen, and on the Search volunteer Screens.
The Salesforce Administrator can remove the obfuscation of the Email ID and Phone numbers of volunteers using the V4S Mobile Config screen.
To make the changes, go to the V4S Mobile Apps tab and click on the App name for the App Key that is used to login to the V4S Kiosk application in your org. Click on the Config button to access the V4S Mobile configuration screen. Go to the V4S Kiosk tab and click the sub-tab obfuscate and remove the Email and Phone number from the obfuscate list and save the config screen.
Once the Email ID and Phone numbers are removed from the obfuscation list, the volunteers can see their Email ID and Phone number on the V4S Kiosk application.
If the V4S Kiosk user has already logged in to the app when you made the configuration changes, please ask them to logout and re-login to the V4S Kiosk application on the device. We suggest the users to re-login because any changes made in the configuration screen does not reflect if the user is already logged in to the V4S Kiosk application.
Note: You can also add fields in the same screen if you want to obfuscate any other fields related to volunteer Hours and Contacts objects
