You don't see the text related to Job and Shifts when you log in to the V4S Kiosk application on an iOS or Android device is because you might have enabled the dark mode on your device. You should disable the dark mode on your device.


We suggest you disable the dark mode on your device, is because all the font-related to Job and Shift details on the V4S Kiosk application is in black (dark mode). If you disable the dark mode and enable the light mode on your iPhone, the text related to Jobs and Shifts shows up on the device. And this will fix the issue.
