Please upgrade the V4S Mobile application to version 1.32 or above in your Salesforce org from Salesforce App exchange.

An additional data entry field can be enabled for the Volunteers at the time of Check-In and Check-Out. Once the fields are enabled, the volunteers can add information manually on the device, and the same is saved and visible in Salesforce.

e.g: We can add fields as No. of Visitors, No. of Pieces, Notes, or any other field for manual entry. And the volunteers can add information in these fields at the time of the Check-In/Out. And these details are saved and visible in Salesforce.
