Please make sure that the Salesforce user who signs up the volunteers for a Job or Shift using Volunteer Recurrence Schedule, Web Signup, or from any other sources has access to the V4S Mobile objects in Salesforce.
If the Salesforce user who does not have access to the V4S Mobile objects adds the volunteers to a Job/Shift, then those volunteer names does not show up on the Job/Shift details screen.
To see the volunteer names on the device,
- Give Salesforce user access to the V4S Mobile objects, by following the instructions here.
- Logout and re-login to the V4S Kiosk application on the device every day.
- We suggest the volunteer coordinator to logout and re-login to the V4S Kiosk application on the device is because, this way all the screens in the V4S Kiosk application get refreshed. And the data from Salesforce is synced to the V4S Kiosk application, and volunteers see their names on the Kiosk application and can Check-in and Check-Out for the Jobs and Shifts they signed up for.
