Text not clearing in the additional fields on the Expenses screen.
- On the TimeTracker mobile app, the details added in the additional fields of Expenses like Vendor Name, Vendor City, Vendor State, etc., are getting submitted to Salesforce upon saving. But, when you get back to the Add Expenses screen again, the details that you entered in the Vendor Name, Vendor City, and Vendor State are not cleared from the previous entry.
- As a workaround, please click the go back button and click the expenses tab, to clear the details in the Vendor name, Vendor City, and Vendor State and you can add details for the next expense entry.
Why do I see the comments entered from my previous PTO on the PTO request screen?
- If you request for a PTO by entering the Out Of Office (OOO) details and submitting it for approval, the PTO is submitted for approval.
- If you are still on the PTO screen and want to request another PTO and click the + button. The OOO text from the previous PTO is not cleared,
- You should manually delete the text in the OOO field or, go to any other tab in the TimeTracker application and get back to the PTO request screen to clear the data in the OOO field,
- This issue will be fixed in the upgraded version of the TimeTracker application.
