As part of our commitment to ensuring a seamless user experience with PK4 TimeTracker, we want to address a common issue that users may encounter during the login process.

If your PK4 TimeTracker user ID is created recently and you are unable to log in due to a forgotten password or an oversight with the initial email containing your login credentials, here are two solutions to help you regain access:

  • Reset Password via Forgot Password Option:

  • On the Time web login screen.
  • Enter the App Key, and Employee ID and click the "Forgot Password" option,
  • Enter the Employee ID again and click the Send Me a Verification code button,
  • An OTP is emailed to your Email ID, then click the "click here to reset your password" string on the login screen,
  • Then enter the OTP, Employee ID, New Password, and Confirm Password, and click the Reset button. 

Salesforce Administrator Password Reset:

  • Contact your Salesforce Administrator.
  • Request a password reset for your PK4 TimeTracker account.
  • The Administrator will be able to assist you in setting a new password for your account.
  • Note: If the Salesforce Administrator resets your password, you won't receive an automated email with the new password. The Administrator will manually share the new password with you.
