By default, all the Salesforce Administrators in your org will have access to the PK4 TimeTracker oAuth.


If you wish to enable the oAuth for a specific user or to a Specific Profile, please follow the instructions below.


Specific Profile:


  • Click on Setup and search for App Manager
  • Scroll down to PK4  TimeTracker oAuth (Admin only) and click the Manage option,

  • Scroll down to the Profiles section and click on Manage Profiles,
  • You see the list of Profile in your org, select the profile that you want to enable to oAuth option
  • By selecting the profile, all the users with the selected profile will have access to the TimeTracker oAuth.


To enable oAuth for a specific user,


  • Click the Manage Permission Sets from the screen below,
  • You see the list of users,  button in the App Manager screen,


  • Click on Setup and search for Permission Sets,
  • In the Permission Sets list, scroll down until you see the TimeTracker Permission Set, and click it,
  • onClick the Manage Assignments button in the Permission Sets page
  • Click Add Assignment to view all the TimeTracker users,
  • Select the user by clicking the Check box, and click the Next button and the Assign button.
  • Now the users that you selected have access to the TimeTracker oAuth.
