You see Time Tracker related tabs in your Salesforce ID only if you have access to the Time Tracker for Salesforce objects. Please contact your Salesforce administrator and ask them to give you access to the Time Tracker objects.
The Admin will add your ID to the Manage Licenses list and you will have access to the Time Tracker objects.
If you are added to the Manage Licenses list and still don't see the Time Tracker tabs in Salesforce.
Click the app launcher and click the Mobile Time Tracker tab to see the tabs related to the Time Tracker application.
