Yes, we do customization.

The Salesforce Administrator or the Salesforce user who has access to the TimeTracker configuration screen can make the configuration changes.

Configurations like changing the default objects for tracking time, making the fields Mandatory or non-mandatory, adding or removing additional fields for the Check-Ins/Out, etc.,

If there is any requirement that cannot be done using the TimeTracker configuration screen, that can be done with some custom work.
