Monthly Active Users (MAU) is any user that has logged in to the Time Tracker for Salesforce application on a device. It is one of the ways to measure by counting the number of active users every month.
- The user is considered an active user even if they have logged in to the Time Tracker for Salesforce application only once a month. As soon as the user is logged in to the Time Tracker application, that user is considered an active user of that particular month
- The user is considered as an active user even if they are part of a team and the team leader has Clocked-In and Checked-In the user on their device using the Time Tracker application.
