You should be logged in to Salesforce as an Administrator. You should first create users and Teams in Salesforce and then assign the Teams to the users.

Once you have created users and Teams, you can assign the teams to the Team Leads,
To assign a Team to the Team Lead, go to the Teams tab and click the team name. Search for the user in the Team Lead field and select the user from the list. Click the save button.
The Team lead is now assigned to the team, once she logs in to the Mobile Time Tracker application on the device, she sees the member names of the same team and has an option to Clock-In and Check-In.
