After you make any configuration changes in the V4S Mobile configuration screen, you should logout and re-login to the V4S Kiosk application, if you have logged in already. Only then the changes made in Salesforce on the V4S Mobile configuration screen reflect in the V4S Kiosk application on the device.
We noticed that on some devices the configuration changes do not reflect immediately even after log out and re-login to the V4S Kiosk application. If this happens, please clear data for the V4S Kiosk application, click here to know more about clearing the data for the V4S Kiosk application on the device.
