Upgrading the V4S Mobile Application


Whenever a new version of the V4S Mobile application is released, the Salesforce Administrator must upgrade the application to the latest version in their organization.


Steps to Upgrade the V4S Mobile Application

  1. Log in to Salesforce as an Administrator/ or in the org where the V4S Mobile application was initially installed.

  2. Open a new browser tab and enter the following URL, and press Enter:

    https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tal000007CnXD

  3. Select the appropriate user access option for the installation.

  4. Select the checkbox to acknowledge the installation terms and conditions.

  5. Click Upgrade to begin the upgrade process.

  6. Once the upgrade is complete, the V4S Mobile application will be updated to the latest version in your Salesforce organization.


Note: Ensure that you are logged in to the correct Salesforce organization before starting the upgrade.


Once the V4S Mobile application has been upgraded to the latest version, configure OAuth authentication for the app by following the instructions provided here.
