How do I make a Volunteer Inactive if she is no longer an active volunteer in my organization? Print

You can Deactivate any Volunteer by checking the Inactive checkbox in the V4S Mobile User page.

Within Salesforce, click the V4S Mobile Users tab
Go to the Edit page of the Volunteer that you like to Deactivate
Select/mark the Inactive Button (if you do not see this field in the layout, go to the Edit Layout link for the page and include the field in your page layout)
Click on Save
This Volunteer is now Deactivated and will no longer be able to Signup for Jobs/Shifts.
