V4S Kiosk application
Salesforce Administrator will create a V4S Kiosk user ID for Volunteer Managers, click here to know more
- V4S Kiosk User/Volunteer Coordinator logs in to the V4S Kiosk application on a device
- Volunteers in the org use the same device from which the Volunteer coordinator has logged in and Signup, or Check-In/Out for Jobs and Shifts
Other features in the V4S Kiosk application are
- Can create a new contact/volunteer using the add new volunteer button
- V4S Roster tab can be enabled in the V4S Kiosk application for the org who conduct classes
- Can enable Events Tab and Check-In/Out guests for events by scanning the QR Code
- Forms can be created to collect funds or donations for the org
V4S Personal application
V4S Personal application is meant for individual usage, only the volunteer who has installed the V4S Personal app on her device can log in, Signup, Check-In and Check-Out for Jobs and Shifts for herself on her device.
The volunteer can Signup for the future Job/Shifts using the V4S Personal application,
