By default, the Volunteer Email ID and Phone numbers are displayed on the Signed up Volunteers list on the V4S Kiosk application.
Using the configuration screen, you can add/remove the additional fields from Contact or Volunteer Hours object to the signed up Volunteers list
To add additional fields for volunteers in the signed-up volunteers list,
- Log in to Salesforce as Administrator and from App Launcher click the V4S Mobile tile.
- Click on the V4S Mobile Apps tab and click the App Name for the App Key that the volunteers use to log in to the V4S Kiosk application on the device.
- Click the "Config" button, and from the V4S Kiosk Tab on the Config screen, scroll down to the "Contact/Volunteers Details" section, add the fields from Contact or from Volunteer hours object, and click the Save button.
Now the Contact fields added in the configuration screen for the V4S kiosk app are saved and shown on the Shift/Jobs details screen on the V4S Kiosk application.
To remove any field from the Signed up volunteers list, select "None" from the "Contact/Volunteer Details" and save the configuration.
For e.g.: You can select None for the default fields that are shown on the Kiosk app, such as Birthdate, Email ID, etc.,
Note: Up to 5 contact fields can be added to the additional fields list on the Config screen and the same fields are displayed on the device when the Volunteer Manager/Coordinator logs in to the V4S Kiosk application.
