If you forgot your Password you must click the "Forgot Password" string on the V4S Kiosk Login screen. Then the pop up shows the App Key, Email ID, Cancel and Ok button.
If you cannot see all these details on the pop-up screen, that is because you have increased the default font size on your Device.
As there is no scroll option on the forgot password popup screen, you don't see the Email ID, Cancel or OK buttons.
Please reset the font size on the mobile from settings Tab to lesser size and then reset the password for the V4S Kiosk application. Once you have reset the password you can again change the font size of your device to small, medium or maximum if required.
