No, there is no limitation set in the V4S kiosk application related to Jobs/Shifts or the Volunteers.
There were limitations set on Jobs/Shifts in the earlier version of the V4S Mobile application.
The limitations on Jobs/Shifts and related volunteers is removed from the V4S Mobile app version 1.30 or above.
Please upgrade the V4S Mobile app to version 1.30 or above from Salesforce App Exchange in your Salesforce org and upgrade the V4S Kiosk application to version 188 or above on the device from Google Play Store or from App Store.
