How do I grant support access to the V4S Mobile app? Print

You can give support access to your org, by following the instructions below

Within your Salesforce org, click on My Settings in the drop-down from the Profile icon
In the Quick Find bar, key in login, and you see a link that says Grant Account Login Access, click it
Under Grant Account Login Access, you see a list of org names
Click the drop-down button related to PK4 Tech LLC Support and select the desired number of days for granting access
Click on the Save button
