On the V4S Mobile User record, there is a  field called "is Kiosk User".  Please select this field for the users who log in to the V4S Kiosk application. Ideally, this should be either your Volunteer Coordinator or Systems Administrator.

If you have purchased a multi-user V4S Kiosk license, we suggest that you create multiple V4S Kiosk users and have a different V4S Kiosk user login to each of the devices.

All other V4S Mobile Users (volunteers) can only Check themselves In and Out for Jobs and Shifts on an already logged in V4S Kiosk device.

If you are using the free edition of the V4S Mobile app, you can ONLY have one user set up as a Kiosk user.

Please upgrade the V4S Mobile application to Version 1.13 or later in your Salesforce org to see the "is Kiosk User" field.
