If you are not able to add new Volunteers to a Job or Shift or if you see a message as "Salesforce Field-set Config error", you should add fields in the Contact fieldsets in Salesforce.
To add the Contact fields in the fields sets, please go to Setup, search for Fields sets from quick find option, click on the Contact fieldsets string, add the required fields for adding a new volunteer and save it.
Logout and re-login to the V4S Kiosk application on the device and the "Salesforce field-set config error (volunteerSignupFS)" message disappears and you can add new volunteers using the Add New Volunteer or the First-time Volunteer click here screen.
