If you request for a PTO by entering the Out Of Office (OOO) details and submitting it for approval, the PTO is submitted for approval.
If you are still on the PTO screen and want to request another PTO and click the + button. The OOO text from the previous PTO is not cleared, which is a known issue in the TimeTracker application.
You should manually delete the text in the OOO field and then request a new PTO. Or, the OOO text is cleared if you go to any other tab in the TimeTracker application and get back to the PTO request screen.
This issue will be fixed in the upgraded version of the TimeTracker application.
