When a Shift or Volunteer Hours are deleted in Salesforce using the delete option from the list view, those Shifts and Volunteer Hours are deleted from the Salesforce database and on the V4S Mobile database.
If you have deleted the Shifts and Volunteer Hours using the Bulk delete in Salesforce. Those Shifts and Volunteer Hours are only deleted in the Salesforce database and not deleted in the V4S Mobile database. Due to this, you see the deleted Shifts and Volunteer Hours on the device.
If you have deleted the Shifts and Volunteer Hours using the bulk delete option, please email us at "info@dftly.com" and we will remove the deleted data in the Mobile database. Then those Shifts and Volunteer Hours will not reappear on the V4S Kiosk application.
