This is a known issue in the PK4 TimeTracker application.


The Salesforce Administrator at your org creates a TT User ID for you, some times the User ID is not saved correctly in our database and you might notice

  • A loader loading on the screen that does not stop and show the Clock-In or the Check-In option


If you notice this issue please inform this to the Salesforce Administrator at your org and we will fix the issue.

Once the issue is fixed, you can start tracking time for the Projects that you work on.
