All Salesforce Users will not have the access to the PK4 TimeTracker Objects and fields, Salesforce Administrator should give field-level access to other Salesforce User profiles


To enable field-level access to the users,


  1. Log in to Salesforce as an Administrator and click the "Setup" button.
  2. Navigate to the Object Manager by typing "Object Manager" in the Quick Find box and selecting it.
  3. Search for "TT User" and click on it to open the object.
  4. Under "Fields & Relationships," locate the field you want to restrict access to and click on its name.
  5. On the field detail page, you will see options such as "Edit," "Set Field-Level Security," and "View Field Accessibility." Click on "Set Field-Level Security."
  6. You will see a list of Salesforce Profiles in your Org. Select the checkboxes for "Visible" and "Read-Only" next to the profiles you want to grant permission to.
  7. Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

Repeat these steps for all the fields you wish to restrict access to and grant access selectively.

Once these changes are saved, only users with the specified profiles will be able to view and access the fields according to the permissions set.
