Salesforce Administrator should create a V4S Kiosk User ID for Volunteer Coordinator/Manager.

Click here to know more about creating the V4S Kiosk User ID in the org, after the V4S Kiosk User ID is created in the org the Volunteer Manager/Coordinator should install the V4S Kiosk application on a device and use the App Key, Email ID, and Password to log in to the V4S Kiosk application.


The Volunteer Manager should install the "V4S Kiosk" application from Google Play Store for Android devices and from iTunes Store for the IOS device.


Only Volunteer Manager or the Volunteer Coordinator should log in to the V4S Kiosk application on a Phone/Tablet. The Volunteers in the org must use the same device from which Volunteer Manager/Coordinator has logged in and Signup and Check-In to Jobs and Shifts.



App Key, Email ID, and PW


  • App Key: App Key is a unique identifier to recognize the Org, App Key is generated automatically in Salesforce once the V4S Mobile app is installed in the Salesforce Org from App Exchange.  App Key is required to log in to the V4S Kiosk/V4S Personal application on the phone
  • Email ID: The same email ID which is there in the Salesforce Contact record of the V4S Kiosk User
  • Password: Any Password that you can remember easily for future logins. The password entered at the first login of the V4S Kiosk application is saved and the same password should be used for future logins.
